Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to new prospective clients who could benefit from Odoo ERP, positioning 616 Solutions as their trusted implementation partner.


You’ll receive direct personal mentorship in sales strategy, business communication, and client engagement — and enjoy flexible working hours that allow you to grow your skills at your own pace. For every successful lead or deal you help bring in, you will earn high performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business clients who would benefit from Odoo ERP solutions
  • Initiate and build relationships with prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone outreach, and events
  • Communicate the value of Odoo and the expertise of 616 Solutions as an implementation partner
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored outreach and sales strategies
  • Schedule and support initial discovery meetings between prospects and senior consultants
  • Track all outreach activities and maintain records in CRM (training provided)
  • Regularly participate in mentorship sessions to refine strategies and improve results

Requirements

  • Strong interest in business development, sales, entrepreneurship, or technology

  • No prior ERP experience required — just a passion for connecting with people and helping businesses grow
