Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to align with clients' sales, marketing, and operational needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation solutions and Odoo ERP configurations.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Odoo ERP.
Must Have
- Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
Nice to have
- Pursuing or have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
- Experience building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further improvements.
